A natural product with great credentials

At Creatures we like to think we're making the world a little more natural, one baby at a time. Like many other mums, I was concerned about the chemicals in skin care products for children. Parabens, petro chemicals and sulphates can cause skin irritation and strip the skin of its natural oils and I instinctively felt that I wanted something more natural for my daugther. In 2005 I set about researching and sourcing natural ingredients from around the world to create a new bath and skin care range for children and so Creatures was set up. Our organic range of products are made from ingredients like rooibos, chamomile, lavender, shea butter, jojoba oil and aloe vera and are known for the natural healing and soothing properties. I have complete confidence in recommending the Creatures range to any child with sensitive skin, even eczema. Some parents have even told me that they use Creatures on themselves because it is so very natural and it doesn't cause any irritation.

Packaging

I wanted to create a range of products that would not only appeal to mums (because of it's great natural credentials) but also to children through the use of beautiful visuals. As I grew up in South Africa, I have always had a passion for wildlife and decided to feature some of Africa's beautiful wild animals. I wanted illustrations that were realistic and educational and got in touch with talented chilren's book illustrator John Butler who drew the pictures of a giraffe, an elephant and a zebra with their young. Creatures treads lightly: our packaging is 100% recyclable and of course, our products are not tested on animals.
